Kenapa Ais Menggemukkan? Ice makes you fat?




Ais memang membantu untuk hilangkan dahaga even time kita tak dahaga pon kita still suka minum ais sebab menyamankan tekak dan bila sebut pasal diet, orang mesti cakap ‘jangan minum air berais, kalau nak cepat kurus!‘ dan ini bukan mitos. BETUL, bila kita minum ais, tambah tambah lepas makan memang tak membantu untuk kita turun kan berat badan kita.
 (Ice cubes help to quench our thirst. We still take ice in our drinks because it refreshes the throat. People always say " dont take ice in your drink if you want to lose weight faster" and this is not a myth. Its TRUE that when we drink iced beverage especially after eating a meal, it does not help to bring down our weight)
Kenapa Air Berais Menggemukkan?( Why is iced drink fattening?)

Ini adalah sistem pencernaan manusia normal, sequence dalam proses mencernakan makanan adalah:

Bila kita makan, makanan akan lalu kat esofagus sebelum sampai ke organ pencernaan yang lain dan akan berehat sebentar di esofagus. Lepas makan, kita pulak minum minuman berais & lemak yang ada dalam makanan tadi akan beku & memperlahankan penghadaman kita. Bila lemak-lemak ini terbentuk di dalam usus, ia akan menyempitkan banyak saluran dan lama kelamaan ia akan menyebabkan lemak berkumpul dan kita semakin gemuk dan menuju ke arah mendapat pelbagai PENYAKIT.

When fats start to develop in the colon, it will clog narrow the colon and clog more fats in the colon line. This makes us become fat and prone to acquire various illnesses) 
So, selain menggemukkan or susah nak kurus, ais jugak salah satu sebab lain ramai manusia zaman sekarang mati mengejut akibat serangan sakit jantung. Sebab itulah kita dinasihatkan agar minum 10 minit selepas makan,jangan makan nasi berulam air. Kalau kita minum air suam lepas makan, maka ia akan membantu mencairkan lemak-lemak di dalam organ pencernaan kita. (So, besides making us fat or difficult to reduce weight, ice is another factor that caused the generation now to suffer from sudden death due to cardiac arrest or heart attack. That is why we are always advised to drink 10 minutes after meal and to avoid eating rice and drinking at the same time. Lukewarm or warm drink after heavy meal helps to melt the fats in our digestive organ.) 
Kita jugak boleh cuba amalkan seperti budaya orang Jepun yang meminum teh hijau suam selepas makan untuk neutralize balik toksin dalam badan. Sangat bagus! 
( We should practice the Japanese culture of consuming warm green tea after meals to neutralize the toxin in our body. It works!)
